¼ c. Coconut Oil
1 c. Chocolate Chips
½ c. Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
½ c. Coconut Flour
Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave for about 1-minute. Allow to cool a few minutes before adding eggs.
Add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla, mix well.
Sift Flour, cacao powder, and sea salt in separate bowl.
Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture and mix well. You can use a spoon or hand mixer on low.
Add brownie mixture to brownie cups and fill ¾ of the way.
Bake for 15-18 minutes. Brownies will be fudgy, so if you stick a toothpick in a brownie, the toothpick should be sticky.
Allow brownies to cool before removing from pan.
