Raw Cookie Dough Bites - Low Sugar


Serving Size: 1 3tbsp. scoop (makes 11-12 balls)

1 c. Cashew Butter

1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1 c. Almond Flour (extra-fine)

1/2 c. Cacao Chips (I like Trader Joe's brand)

3 tbsp. Dark Maple Syrup


  1. Stir cashew butter, vanilla, and maple until combined.

  2. Add in Almond flour, stir until combined.

  3. Add in chocolate chips and stir until combined.

  4. Using a large cookie scoop (3tbsp.), scoop out dough and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

  5. Place sheet in freezer for 20-30 mins.

  6. You can store bites in the refrigerator for up to one week!

NOTE: You can also use a food processor to mix all the ingredients, except for chocolate chips. Add them in last and stir by hand!
