Serving Size: 1 3tbsp. scoop (makes 11-12 balls)

1 c. Cashew Butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Almond Flour (extra-fine)
1/2 c. Cacao Chips (I like Trader Joe's brand)
3 tbsp. Dark Maple Syrup
Stir cashew butter, vanilla, and maple until combined.
Add in Almond flour, stir until combined.
Add in chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Using a large cookie scoop (3tbsp.), scoop out dough and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Place sheet in freezer for 20-30 mins.
You can store bites in the refrigerator for up to one week!
NOTE: You can also use a food processor to mix all the ingredients, except for chocolate chips. Add them in last and stir by hand!
