INGREDIENTS:
8 c. Fresh Watermelon
2" Fresh Ginger Root
Juice of 1 Lime
1/4 c. Water
1 c. Zero Calorie Sparkling Water (I like Trader Joe's Pineapple & Lime)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Use a mesh strainer/nut milk bag into a large bowl to separate pulp from juice.
Place liquid in an airtight bottle to preserve. Will keep in refrigerator for 4-7 days. The airtight bottle will be key!
