INGREDIENTS:

¼ c. Coconut Oil

1 c. Chocolate Chips

3 eggs

½ c. Maple Syrup

2 tbsp. Cacao Powder

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

½ c. Coconut Flour

Non-stick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.

  • Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave for about 1-minute. Allow to cool a few minutes before adding eggs.

  • Add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla, mix well.

  • Sift Flour, cacao powder, and sea salt in separate bowl.

  • Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture and mix well. You can use a spoon or hand mixer on low.

  • Add brownie mixture to brownie cups and fill ¾ of the way.

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes. Brownies will be fudgy, so if you stick a toothpick in a brownie, the toothpick should be sticky.

  • Allow brownies to cool before removing from pan.
